Learning Associate

About the role

The Learning Associate supports the Country L&D manager and operational teams in delivering and managing training programs across the site. This role combines hands‑on facilitation with administrative oversight to ensure compliance and continuous improvement of learning initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and facilitate training sessions for up to 50 participants, covering operational compliance and skill development.
• Track learner performance, analyse learning curves, and implement improvement actions.
• Monitor adherence to training standards and launch new tactical or strategic projects.
• Create and update training materials using Articulate 360, Photoshop and video‑editing tools.
• Develop internal dashboards and report training KPIs in daily and weekly leadership meetings.

Required profile

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends, nights and holidays.
• Willingness to travel between stations as business needs dictate.

Required skills

• Articulate 360 for e‑learning authoring.
• Photoshop for graphic creation.
• Video editing for instructional content.
• Microsoft Office suite.
