Learning Associate – Learning & Development

About the role

The Learning Associate supports the Fulfillment Center by coordinating and delivering training across all process paths. This role ensures that new hires and existing staff receive high‑quality instruction, coaching, and continuous improvement feedback to meet operational standards.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and execute training programs for every process path within the Fulfillment Center.
• Supervise Instructors and Peer Trainers, delivering instructor training, observation, and coaching to meet MEATR standards.
• Maintain up‑to‑date training records and ensure training materials are delivered according to standards.
• Analyze daily data to improve the new‑hire learning experience and provide feedback to trainers.
• Organize instructor assignments, monitor cross‑training, and support peak‑skill requirements.
• Collaborate with operations on skill matrices, identify gaps, and deliver critical‑role training.
• Gather feedback, refine processes, and support recruitment of new instructors and peer trainers.
• Participate in meetings, partner with agency managers, and contribute to MEATR level projects.

Required profile

• Willingness to work flexible schedules or shifts.
• Graduate or post‑graduate education.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Strong written and verbal communication and presentation abilities.
