Learning & Development Executive – Hospitality

About the role

The Learning & Development Executive will support the L&D Manager in delivering training and development programmes across all hotel departments. This role offers hands‑on experience in a dynamic hospitality environment, helping team members grow their skills and ensuring compliance with brand standards.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in planning, scheduling and coordinating training initiatives for operational and administrative teams.
• Organise workshops, orientations and development sessions, handling venues, resources and registrations.
• Facilitate brand, service excellence and technical competency training for staff.
• Maintain the hotel’s training calendar and monitor attendance, completion rates and mandatory training compliance.
• Update and manage training records, competency matrices and learning management system data.
• Identify learning needs by collaborating with department leaders and propose appropriate development solutions.
• Collect feedback, analyse assessment results and measure the effectiveness of learning programmes.
• Prepare and refresh training materials, presentations and facilitator guides.
