About the role
The Learning & Development Leader will shape the talent strategy for a premier hospitality brand, ensuring that training initiatives directly support the hotel’s business goals and foster a high‑performance culture.
Key responsibilities
- Provide leadership across all HR functions using a balanced scorecard approach.
- Design, implement and monitor L&D strategies that align with overall hotel objectives and drive employee engagement.
- Maintain high standards of confidentiality, integrity and cultural compliance within the L&D function.
Required profile
- Minimum five years of experience in Learning & Development, preferably within internationally recognised hotel properties.
- Tertiary qualification in a relevant discipline; additional L&D certification is advantageous.
- Strong organisational abilities and a collaborative management style.
Required skills
- Proficiency with business tools for financial and strategic planning.
