About the role

The Learning & Development Leader will shape the talent strategy for a premier hospitality brand, ensuring that training initiatives directly support the hotel’s business goals and foster a high‑performance culture.

Key responsibilities

  • Provide leadership across all HR functions using a balanced scorecard approach.
  • Design, implement and monitor L&D strategies that align with overall hotel objectives and drive employee engagement.
  • Maintain high standards of confidentiality, integrity and cultural compliance within the L&D function.

Required profile

  • Minimum five years of experience in Learning & Development, preferably within internationally recognised hotel properties.
  • Tertiary qualification in a relevant discipline; additional L&D certification is advantageous.
  • Strong organisational abilities and a collaborative management style.

Required skills

  • Proficiency with business tools for financial and strategic planning.
