Learning & Development Manager – Hospitality

Key responsibilities

• Champion learning and development by identifying needs and delivering impactful solutions.
• Develop future leaders through performance management, succession planning and career development initiatives.
• Partner with department heads to embed a performance‑driven culture with goal setting, coaching and feedback.
• Design and deliver innovative learning programs that enhance operational excellence, service delivery and compliance.
• Measure learning impact using data and feedback to continuously improve outcomes.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading Learning & Development in a hospitality environment, preferably with Hilton.
• Strong knowledge of performance management, succession planning and talent development.
• Excellent facilitation, presentation and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Ability to influence and collaborate with leaders at all levels.
