Learning & Development Officer – Abu Dhabi

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Learning & Development Officer to drive employee growth and ensure compliance with mandatory training in Abu Dhabi.

Key responsibilities

• Identify training and development needs through performance reviews, business requirements, and stakeholder consultations.
• Design, coordinate, and implement learning and development programs, including annual training plans and learning calendars.
• Manage onboarding and orientation programs for new employees, ensuring effective integration and alignment with organizational goals.
• Coordinate internal and external training programs, workshops, and certifications, liaising with training providers, universities, and consultants.
• Maintain training records, attendance reports, and learning documentation, ensuring compliance with mandatory training requirements.
• Track learning KPIs, prepare periodic performance reports, and evaluate training effectiveness through feedback, assessments, and business outcomes.
• Support career development initiatives, succession planning, and employee growth by assisting in the creation of Individual Development Plans and leadership programs.
• Ensure compliance with organizational policies and regulations by reviewing and updating learning and development procedures, and supporting HR audits and reporting.
