Learning & Development Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a Learning & Development Specialist to join our HR team and lead employee capability building through engaging training initiatives. This position is ideal for an HR professional passionate about designing programs that support growth in a fast‑paced professional services environment.

Key responsibilities

• Design, coordinate and deliver learning and development programs for employees.
• Manage onboarding and induction training for new hires.
• Organise technical, behavioral and soft‑skill training initiatives.
• Identify training needs and skill gaps in partnership with department heads.
• Maintain training calendars, records and employee learning data.
• Create training materials, presentations and learning content.
• Track training effectiveness and monitor employee development progress.
• Support broader employee engagement, talent development and HR initiatives.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience in Learning & Development or HR training.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• Strong communication, presentation and coordination abilities.
• Proactive, organised and people‑oriented approach.

Required skills

• Experience with HRMS/LMS platforms and training administration.
• Ability to manage multiple training programmes and stakeholders.
