Learning Specialist

About the role

The Learning Specialist supports Amazon's AMZL operations in Dubai by delivering and managing training programs for a wide range of stakeholders, including managers, drivers, and sort associates. This role combines hands‑on facilitation with administrative oversight to ensure compliance and continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and facilitate training sessions for up to 50 participants.
• Track learning curves, quality metrics, and implement performance‑improvement initiatives.
• Monitor adherence to training standards and launch new tactical projects.
• Create and update training documentation using Articulate 360, Photoshop, and video‑editing tools.
• Identify skill gaps and execute development plans for individuals and groups.
• Partner with program managers and leadership to roll out process changes and ensure site adoption.
• Develop internal dashboards and report training KPIs during daily and weekly leadership calls.

Required profile

• Fluent in spoken, written, and read English.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• Proven ability to communicate with diverse stakeholders, including senior leadership.
• Demonstrated capacity to complete complex tasks quickly with minimal guidance.
• Willingness to work flexible schedules, including weekends, nights, and holidays.
