Lease Coordinator – Dubai

About the role

Quick Lease Car Rentals is seeking an experienced Lease Coordinator to join its Operations Department in Dubai. The role supports the full lease lifecycle, coordinating customer requirements, workshops and insurance providers, and ensuring efficient processing of lease activities.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate daily lease operations and process customer requests.
• Manage communication with customers, workshops, and insurance providers.
• Monitor vehicle servicing, maintenance schedules, and workshop appointments.
• Maintain accurate lease records and generate operational reports using rental ERP systems.
• Ensure compliance with RTA procedures and company policies.
• Provide excellent customer support throughout the lease lifecycle.

Required profile

• 2–4 years of UAE experience in car rental, leasing, after‑sales, or fleet coordination.
• Strong knowledge of RTA regulations and vehicle documentation.
• Experience handling insurance claims and coordinating workshops.
• Familiarity with rental ERP software and operational reporting.
• Excellent customer service, communication, and coordination abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
