Leasing Consultant

About the role

The Scion Group is seeking a Leasing Consultant to join its Experience Team. This role blends marketing, relationship building, administration, and customer service to deliver exceptional student‑living experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Prioritize customer interactions, conduct community and amenity tours, and gather feedback on sales barriers.
• Execute sales and engagement initiatives, recommend local marketing opportunities, and support social‑media communication.
• Assist in planning and promoting customer experience events and marketing campaigns.
• Maintain accurate customer records, handle office housekeeping, and manage maintenance request follow‑ups.
• Support after‑hours lock‑out duties and ensure the property’s office, clubhouse, grounds, and amenities remain organized and clean.

Required profile

• Customer‑centric mindset with strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to adapt quickly in a fast‑paced, changing environment.
• Excellent communication and reliability.
• Willingness to work during summer, holidays, and peak periods, including on‑call rotations.
