About the role
We are seeking a Leasing Consultant to join our well‑established real estate and property management company in Dubai. You will manage the full leasing cycle, from generating leads to closing deals, while maintaining strong relationships with landlords and tenants.
Key responsibilities
- Generate and follow up on residential leasing leads through various channels.
- Arrange and conduct property viewings, negotiate rental terms, and close leasing transactions.
- Coordinate tenancy agreements, documentation, and renewal processes to maintain high occupancy.
- Achieve monthly leasing and revenue targets and stay updated on Dubai’s rental market trends.
Required profile
- 2–3 years of leasing experience, preferably in residential leasing.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and client‑handling skills.
- Target‑driven and confident in closing rental deals.
- Good knowledge of the Dubai property market.
