Legal Advisor

About the role

AD Ports Group, through Al Yaher Recruitment, is looking for an experienced Legal Advisor to join the Noatum Ports department in Abu Dhabi. The role will provide strategic legal guidance across commercial, corporate and regulatory matters, ensuring compliance with UAE and international laws.

Key responsibilities

• Provide legal advice on commercial, corporate, regulatory and operational issues for UAE and international operations.
• Draft, review, negotiate and manage commercial, construction and procurement contracts.
• Support corporate transactions, including M&A, joint ventures and due‑diligence activities.
• Monitor legislative and regulatory developments and ensure company compliance.
• Identify legal risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Coordinate with external counsel on litigation, disputes and settlement negotiations.
• Maintain accurate legal documentation, corporate records and internal policies.

Required profile

• LLB (or equivalent) required; LLM or higher preferred.
• 12–15 years of relevant legal experience in corporate legal departments or top law firms.
• Proven expertise in commercial contracts, corporate law and construction‑related agreements.
• Experience advising multinational organisations, preferably in ports, logistics or infrastructure sectors.
• Track record in mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and corporate restructuring.
• High proficiency in Arabic and English, both written and verbal.
