About the role
The Legal and Compliance Officer will serve as the group’s single, trusted source of legal and compliance advice across South Korea, the USA, the UAE, Singapore and Hong Kong. Based in the UAE, the role ensures all entities remain lawfully compliant, contractually protected and properly incorporated while supporting management with sound legal guidance.
Key responsibilities
- Research, interpret and advise on laws and regulations of all operating jurisdictions.
- Draft, review and negotiate labour, supplier, client, agency, logistics and NDA/non‑compete agreements.
- Maintain a group contract register, tracking obligations, renewals and expiries.
- Monitor regulatory changes and brief senior management on impacts.
- Provide corporate governance, licensing, labour and incorporation advice to department heads.
Required profile
- 4–6 years of professional legal experience with demonstrated expertise across multiple jurisdictions.
- Ability to translate complex legal issues into clear, actionable guidance.
- Willingness to travel internationally for new company incorporations.
- Strong research‑driven mindset and confidence in advising senior decision‑makers.
