Legal Associate – Arabic Litigation Lawyer

About the role

We are seeking a motivated and detail‑oriented Arabic Litigation Lawyer to join our legal team in Dubai. The successful candidate will handle full‑cycle litigation matters for our clients, ensuring strict compliance with UAE laws and court procedures.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end litigation cases, from filing to court appearances.
• Draft, review, and prepare legal documents, notices, and pleadings in Arabic.
• Conduct comprehensive legal research and deliver accurate legal opinions.
• Coordinate with internal teams, clients, and external stakeholders throughout the litigation process.
• Maintain full compliance with UAE regulations, court rules, and procedural requirements.

Required profile

• LLB or equivalent law degree.
• Minimum 2 years of litigation experience gained exclusively in a law‑firm environment.
• Native or fluent Arabic speaker – mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of UAE legal procedures and court practices.
• Excellent drafting, communication, and analytical abilities.

Required skills

• Arabic language proficiency (native or fluent).
• In‑depth understanding of UAE litigation processes.
