Legal Associate – UAE

About the role
We are seeking a Legal Associate to join our full‑service law firm in the UAE. The role involves providing comprehensive legal support across multiple practice desks, ensuring clients receive tailored advice and compliance with local regulations.
Key responsibilities
- Represent clients in court proceedings, arbitrations and client meetings.
- Conduct in‑depth legal research and analysis to support case strategy.
- Draft, review and negotiate contracts, agreements and pleadings in accordance with UAE law.
- Collaborate with senior attorneys to develop proactive solutions for complex legal issues.
- Maintain accurate client communications while preserving confidentiality.
Required profile
- LLM degree or equivalent from a recognised law school.
- Minimum 5 years of experience representing clients in UAE courts; experience with white‑collar crime is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of UAE commercial practices and regulations.
- Excellent analytical, research and drafting abilities with high attention to detail.
- Fluent in English and native‑level Arabic.
