Legal & Compliance Specialist – Dubai

About the role

The Legal & Compliance Specialist will support a leading multinational pharmaceutical company in Dubai, ensuring that the organization meets all legal, regulatory and internal standards. You will act as a key partner in safeguarding the company’s legal and ethical position across its operations.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with contract administration, regulatory submissions, policy implementation and risk management.
• Draft, review and manage contracts, agreements, NDAs and other legal documentation.
• Maintain contract repositories and legal records, ensuring they are up‑to‑date.
• Support dispute resolution processes and prepare litigation‑related documentation when required.
• Monitor compliance with local and international laws and regulations.
• Develop, implement and maintain compliance policies and procedures.
• Conduct internal compliance audits, risk assessments and policy updates.
• Assist investigations related to compliance breaches.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) or a related discipline.
• 2–5 years of experience in legal, ethics or compliance functions.
• Prior experience in the life‑sciences sector (pharmaceuticals, medical devices or other regulated industries).
• Strong capabilities in legal drafting, document review, corporate law and compliance frameworks.
• In‑depth knowledge of applicable local and international laws and regulatory requirements.
• Availability for face‑to‑face interviews in Dubai.
