Legal & Compliance Specialist – Dubai

About the role

The Legal & Compliance Specialist will support a leading multinational pharmaceutical company in Dubai, ensuring that all legal, regulatory and internal requirements are met. This role combines contract administration, policy implementation and risk management to protect the organisation’s legal and ethical standing.

Key responsibilities

• Support compliance with local and international laws, regulations and internal policies.
• Draft, review and manage contracts, agreements, NDAs and other legal documents.
• Maintain contract repositories and legal records, keeping them up‑to‑date.
• Assist with regulatory submissions, policy development and internal compliance audits.
• Support dispute resolution and prepare litigation‑related documentation when required.
• Lead the periodic review and update of internal policies, codes of conduct and compliance procedures.
• Participate in investigations related to compliance breaches.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) or a related discipline.
• 2–5 years of experience in legal, ethics or compliance functions, preferably within life sciences or a regulated industry.
• Strong knowledge of applicable local and international regulatory requirements.
• Ability to work on‑site in Dubai and attend face‑to‑face interviews.
