About the role

We are seeking a Legal Compliance Specialist to work remotely for a leading technology and internet company. The role focuses on reviewing, drafting, and ensuring that contracts and other legal documents meet all applicable laws and internal policies. You will operate independently while collaborating with cross‑functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Review, draft, and revise contracts, agreements, and compliance materials.
• Verify that all documents comply with relevant statutes, regulations, and company policies.
• Provide legal guidance to internal teams and respond to legal inquiries.
• Maintain organized records of legal documents and related correspondence.
• Identify and help mitigate potential legal risks in business operations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Law or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Proven experience in legal document review, drafting, or compliance work.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to analyse complex legal language.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
