Legal Counsel

About the role

Huspy, a leading real‑estate technology company operating across the UAE, Saudi Arabia and Spain, is seeking a Legal Counsel to support its growing KSA business. You will provide comprehensive legal support across corporate, commercial and real‑estate matters in a fast‑paced, high‑growth environment.

Key responsibilities

• Draft, review and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements, including MSAs, SaaS contracts, vendor and partnership agreements, NDAs, SLAs, referral and procurement contracts, as well as real‑estate transaction documentation.
• Support corporate governance and entity management, handling CR renewals, licensing, regulatory filings, shareholder and board resolutions, and related corporate documents.
• Advise on real‑estate legal matters, reviewing transaction structures, customer agreements, broker documentation and other property‑related contracts.
• Provide employment‑law guidance on contracts, grievances, disciplinary actions, terminations and disputes in line with Saudi labour laws.
• Assist with regulatory and compliance issues, including data privacy, AML/CTF, consumer protection and internal compliance processes.
• Coordinate with external counsel, regulators and government authorities on licensing, corporate structuring, compliance and dispute matters.

Required profile

• 3–5 years post‑qualification experience with strong exposure to corporate, commercial, real‑estate, employment and technology litigation matters.
• Demonstrated ability to advise on legal and regulatory issues, corporate governance, licensing and real‑estate transaction documentation.
• Fluency in Arabic and English with excellent legal drafting skills in Arabic.
• Experience in a law firm or fast‑growing startup/proptech environment is highly preferred.

Required skills

• Strong understanding of commercial contracts, corporate governance and licensing frameworks.
• Knowledge of Saudi labour law and employment‑law matters.
• Familiarity with data‑privacy, AML/CTF and consumer‑protection regulations.
