About the role

The Legal Intake Specialist will be the first point of contact for individuals seeking legal assistance in the United Arab Emirates. Working remotely, you will combine client service, communication, and consultative skills to qualify leads and connect them with the appropriate legal resources.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls with empathy, professionalism, and active listening.
• Qualify potential clients by gathering relevant information and assessing case suitability.
• Schedule consultation appointments while meeting weekly booking and conversion targets.
• Complete intake documentation accurately in the legal CRM system.
• Follow up with prospects, answer pre‑consultation questions, and maintain engagement until appointments are confirmed.
• Maintain confidentiality and discretion when managing sensitive client information.
• Participate in call reviews and coaching sessions to improve intake quality and conversion performance.
• Collaborate with internal legal teams to ensure smooth handover of qualified opportunities.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of experience in legal intake, client relations, or legal administration.
• Strong consultative communication skills and ability to build trust with potential clients.
• Excellent spoken English with a warm, confident, and professional demeanor.
• Detail‑oriented and able to manage sensitive information securely.

Required skills

• Familiarity with legal CRM platforms such as Lawmatics.
