Legal Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Legal Manager to lead end‑to‑end legal support for our commercial, regulatory, transactional and litigation matters across the MEA region. Based in Dubai, you will work closely with business units, HR, compliance and regional legal teams to mitigate risk and ensure contractual compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the review, negotiation and finalisation of commercial contracts throughout the MEA region.
• Provide legal advice on regulatory, compliance and risk‑related issues.
• Support transactional, litigation and risk management matters.
• Partner with business, HR, compliance and regional legal teams to deliver legal guidance across the engagement lifecycle.
• Negotiate and translate contracts in Arabic and English.
• Escalate critical legal matters to the Regional Legal Head as needed.
• Develop contract templates, policies and internal legal frameworks.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) or a Master’s degree in Law or related specialization.
• 12–15 years of relevant experience, preferably within the IT industry.
• Strong experience in commercial contracting and transactional legal work.
• In‑depth knowledge of UAE legal and regulatory environment.
• UAE Family Book required.
• Fluent in English and Arabic with excellent communication skills.
