Legal Researcher (UAE Courts & Contracts)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced, commercially‑minded Legal Researcher to oversee and manage legal matters for our clients across the United Arab Emirates. The role involves deep interaction with UAE court systems, contract drafting, and client representation.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain extensive knowledge of all UAE court systems, including Abu Dhabi, Dubai, RDC, public prosecution, MOJ, and Rak courts.
• Track cases from registration to verdict and register judgments for execution.
• Monitor implementation of judgments and ensure timely execution.
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and agreements in compliance with UAE law.
• Prepare memoranda for commercial and rental claims and attend rental court sessions.
• Represent clients in legal proceedings, update files, and communicate progress.
• Conduct legal evaluation, research, and provide solutions aligned with client interests.

Required profile

• Bachelor of Law degree.
• 2–4 years of experience in UAE legal firms.
• UAE driving licence (car ownership preferred).
• Strong negotiation abilities.
• Full proficiency in Arabic and English.
• Immediate availability.
• Working knowledge of MS Office and database tools.
