Licensed Mental Health Therapist – Workplace Mental Health

About the role

Spring Health is seeking a Licensed Mental Health Therapist to deliver workplace mental health services. The role focuses on providing counseling, critical incident response, and program promotion to employees, while supporting managers and HR teams.

Key responsibilities

• Provide on‑site mental health counseling and support to employees and managers.
• Conduct assessments, develop service agreements and recovery plans for referred individuals.
• Manage mandatory Drug‑Free Workplace referrals and expatriate readiness interviews.
• Deliver critical incident response, risk assessment, and crisis triage.
• Facilitate trainings, benefit promotion events, and consultations with HR and program managers.
• Maintain confidentiality, comply with company policies, and attend clinical team meetings.

Required profile

• Licensed mental health therapist with experience in employee assistance programs.
• Ability to provide on‑site support and conduct consultations with managers and HR.
• Strong understanding of workplace mental health best practices and drug‑free workplace processes.
