About the role

Join Hilton’s hotel team in Ras Al Khaimah and be the first line of safety and hospitality for our pool guests. As a Lifeguard you will protect swimmers while delivering the warm, memorable experiences that reflect Hilton’s commitment to exceptional service.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests with an upbeat and friendly attitude, promptly responding to their requests and resolving any issues in a courteous manner.
• Continuously monitor pool activity, enforce pool rules, and actively promote safe swimming practices among all guests.
• React swiftly to emergencies, executing the established emergency action plan and providing rescue or first aid as needed.
• Perform regular inspections of the pool area and carry out routine cleaning and maintenance tasks to ensure a safe and hygienic environment.
• Address and resolve guest concerns efficiently, ensuring their satisfaction and a pleasant experience throughout their stay.
• Maintain compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations, upholding the highest standards of wellbeing for guests and team members.
