About the role

The Lifestyles Concierge Arabic Speaker will join Aspire Lifestyles Middle East Africa Free Zone Company, a leading provider of concierge and loyalty services. Based in Dubai, you will interact with high‑profile and standard clients, delivering premium assistance through phone, email and chat while upholding the brand’s standards of excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Independently handle client requests and demo tasks across multiple communication channels.
• Resolve escalated customer service issues and coordinate with vendors discreetly.
• Provide accurate, timely information and ensure compliance with contractual agreements.
• Build rapport with customers, understand preferences and conduct outbound calls when needed.
• Maintain high‑quality service standards, use enterprise solutions, and manage customer data securely.
• Participate in meetings and training to continuously improve service delivery.

Required profile

• University degree in Business Administration, Hospitality & Tourism, Marketing, Communication or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of customer service experience.
• Strong influencing and communication abilities.
• Fluency in English and Arabic.
