Lighting Sales Support Associate

About the role

Ideolux is seeking a proactive Lighting Sales Support Associate to assist its Middle East sales team. The role focuses on ensuring smooth operations of lighting solutions, from order handling to customer satisfaction, while supporting the company’s mission to deliver high‑quality LED products.

Key responsibilities

• Support lighting sales for projects across the Middle East.
• Manage day‑to‑day activities of the lighting solutions operations department, maintaining quality and efficiency.
• Coordinate with internal departments to guarantee timely delivery of products and services.
• Oversee inventory and logistics, including ordering, receiving, and shipping customer orders.
• Communicate with customers to address inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure satisfaction.
• Handle administrative tasks and attend to customer complaints promptly.
• Perform any other activities related to lighting sales or sales support as required.

Required profile

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Good time‑management abilities and a pleasant attitude.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Willingness to learn and undergo training.
• Experience in logistics or procurement is a plus.
• A bachelor’s degree in a technical field such as electrical engineering is advantageous.
