About the role

PrepHero is seeking a dedicated Line Cook to join its Dubai kitchen. This full‑time, on‑site position involves preparing healthy, goal‑oriented meals that meet a variety of dietary needs, from weight‑loss to muscle‑building plans.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare dishes according to the menu and specific dietary specifications.
• Portion ingredients accurately and cook food to exact standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized workstation and follow food‑safety protocols.
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure consistent meal quality.
• Assist with inventory management and stock rotation.
• Uphold PrepHero’s standards for nutritious, health‑focused meals.

Required profile

• Proven expertise in food preparation, cooking techniques, and portioning.
• Strong understanding of food safety, hygiene, and kitchen organization.
• Ability to follow recipes and adapt preparations for diverse dietary requirements.
• Effective teamwork and communication in a fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent time‑management skills and capacity to handle high order volumes.
• Previous culinary experience or completion of a culinary training program preferred.
• Knowledge of nutrition and healthy meal preparation is a plus.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
