About the role

The Linen Runner is a key member of the Guest Environment team at Westin Hotels & Resorts in Dubai Marina. You will ensure that linen, towels, and other hotel supplies are efficiently delivered to guest rooms and public areas, supporting a seamless and memorable guest experience.

Key responsibilities

• Collect, transport, and restock clean linen, towels, and amenities throughout the property.
• Assist housekeeping staff by delivering supplies to rooms and public spaces promptly.
• Maintain organized carts and storage areas, adhering to hotel standards.
• Handle items weighing up to 50 lb safely and without assistance.
• Follow health, safety, and hygiene protocols at all times.

Required profile

• Ability to work on your feet for extended periods, including standing, walking, and lifting.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
• Professional appearance and adherence to uniform standards.
• Team‑player attitude with a focus on guest satisfaction.
