Linen Supervisor

About the role

The Royal Stables Private Members Club in Abu Dhabi is looking for a Linen Supervisor to manage the complete lifecycle of linen and textile items. You will ensure that all linen is clean, available, and stored correctly to support daily operations, VIP visits, events, and private functions.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily operations of the linen room and related storage areas.
• Manage receipt, sorting, counting, storage, distribution, collection, and return of linen.
• Maintain accurate records of stock, usage, deliveries, losses, damages, and replacements.
• Inspect linen for cleanliness, stains, damage, wear, and quality; separate and report unusable items.
• Coordinate with housekeeping, laundry, events, operations, and procurement teams.
• Distribute clean linen and collect used linen according to operational requirements.
• Monitor par levels, inform management of replenishment needs, and support purchasing.
• Supervise linen attendants, allocate daily tasks, and provide training.
• Ensure proper handling, transportation, folding, labeling, and secure storage of linen.
• Work with external laundry providers, verify deliveries, and manage uniform issuance and replacement.

Required profile

• Proven experience supervising linen or textile operations in a hospitality environment.
• Strong attention to detail for inspecting and recording linen condition.
• Ability to coordinate with multiple internal departments and external suppliers.
• Organisational skills to maintain accurate inventory records and monitor stock levels.
• Leadership capability to guide and train linen attendants.
