Listing Administrator

About the role

Betterhomes Abu Dhabi is seeking a highly organized Listing Administrator to keep property listings accurate, up‑to‑date and attractive across all relevant platforms. You will work closely with agents, photographers and internal teams to ensure listings are published on time and comply with UAE advertising standards.

Key responsibilities

• Create, update and maintain property listings on company and third‑party real‑estate portals.
• Gather and upload photographs, videos, floor plans and marketing materials for each property.
• Coordinate with agents, landlords and internal departments to obtain required information and documentation.
• Monitor listings regularly, make corrections, and deactivate properties that are no longer available.
• Track listing performance and prepare administrative reports.
• Provide general data‑entry and administrative support to the team.

Required profile

• Previous experience in an administrative, listings, marketing or real‑estate support role (preferred).
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
• Good written and verbal communication in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Ability to manage multiple listings and deadlines simultaneously.
• Professional, proactive and team‑oriented attitude.
