Listing Coordinator - Real Estate

About the role

Careers International is looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Listing Coordinator to join its real estate team in Dubai. The role manages property listings across platforms, supports the sales team and keeps listings accurate and compliant.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and upload property listings on real estate portals and CRM platforms
• Coordinate with agents to gather complete listing details and required documentation
• Ensure all listings are accurate, professional and up to date
• Track listing performance and suggest optimizations
• Handle photo uploads, pricing updates and client-facing property data
• Support the admin and sales team with listing-related coordination
• Maintain listing records and generate weekly reports

Required profile

• 1-2 years of experience in the UAE real estate industry
• Strong familiarity with Property Finder, Bayut, Dubizzle and other portals
• Excellent attention to detail and time management
• Strong communication and coordination abilities
• Immediate availability preferred

Required skills

• Experience using CRMs such as PropSpace and Masterkey
• Proficiency in MS Office and basic digital tools
