Live Streaming Operator & Hybrid Event Technical Expert

About the role

We are seeking a highly skilled Live Streaming Operator and Hybrid Event Technical Expert to manage end‑to‑end streaming workflows, hybrid platform integration, and on‑site AV/IT operations for corporate, government and large‑scale productions.

Key responsibilities

• Design, configure and operate live streaming workflows using RTMP, SRT and HLS protocols.
• Operate streaming software such as OBS, vMix, Wirecast and Restream, monitoring bitrate, latency and redundancy.
• Set up and manage hybrid event platforms, integrating live streams with event apps, registration systems and virtual networking tools.
• Install and configure cameras, switchers, video mixers, encoders, recorders and networking equipment (routers, switches, IP, NDI).
• Manage audio routing, microphones and mixers, conduct technical rehearsals and redundancy testing.
• Stream to multiple platforms (YouTube Live, Facebook Live, LinkedIn Live) and monitor engagement metrics.
• Operate media server systems (VMAX, Watchout, Arena) and handle encoding/transcoding for OTT and VOD delivery.
• Capture program, clean feed and ISO recordings, back up to SSD/NAS and prepare post‑event deliverables.

Required profile

• Hands‑on experience with live event streaming and hybrid platform management.
• Strong knowledge of streaming protocols, AV/IT equipment and on‑site technical coordination.
• Ability to work under pressure during live productions and ensure compliance with UAE media regulations.
