Lobby Ambassador – Guest Relations

About the role

We are seeking a personable Lobby Ambassador to join the Guest Relations team at Jumeirah Zabeel Saray, a luxury beachside resort on Palm Jumeirah, Dubai. The role involves delivering a warm, personalized welcome to guests and ensuring their needs are anticipated and met throughout their stay.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and escort guests, providing a tailored welcome experience.
• Anticipate guest needs and deliver customized services.
• Maintain smooth, professional interactions with guests while performing daily tasks.
• Identify and resolve guest concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction.

Required profile

• One to two years of experience in a similar role within a 5‑star luxury property.
• Experience in the UAE is desirable but not mandatory.
• Ability to work confidently in a multicultural environment and handle complaints of varying severity.
• Fluent English communication skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience using Opera (Cloud) property management system.
