Lobby Ambassador

About the role

The Lobby Ambassador is the first point of contact for guests entering and leaving Rixos Premium Dubai JBR. You will create a welcoming atmosphere, provide accurate information, and guide visitors through the lobby area while upholding the hotel’s luxury standards.

Key responsibilities

• Greet all guests warmly and ensure a professional, friendly interaction.
• Offer directions, introduce first‑time visitors to the lobby, and answer questions about hotel facilities and promotions.
• Maintain service standards and follow departmental policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.
• Assist with any additional duties assigned by the Front Office Manager.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in hospitality or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a five‑star luxury hotel.
• Excellent English communication skills and fluency in Russian (mandatory). Additional languages such as Turkish or Arabic are a plus.
• Strong interpersonal abilities and a customer‑focused attitude.
