Lobby Ambassador

About the role

Rixos Marina Abu Dhabi, a luxury hotel offering Turkish hospitality, is looking for a Lobby Ambassador. The role welcomes guests warmly and professionally, acts as a key point of contact in the lobby and provides personalised service to create memorable experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome guests with warmth and professionalism on arrival and departure.
• Act as a key point of contact in the lobby, helping guests with inquiries, directions, hotel information and local recommendations.
• Anticipate guest needs and provide personalised service.
• Escort VIPs, long-stay guests and guests celebrating special occasions when required.
• Maintain a visible presence in the lobby and public areas to engage proactively with guests.
• Assist guests with transportation arrangements, restaurant reservations and other requests.
• Support service recovery by addressing guest concerns promptly and resolving them quickly.
• Promote hotel facilities, services, dining outlets, wellness offerings and special events.

Required profile

• Previous guest service experience.
• Professional presentation.
• Outstanding guest service skills and sophisticated verbal communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
• Highly responsible and reliable.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment and as part of a team.
• Ability to stay calm and courteous while focusing on guest needs.
