Lobby Ambassador – Luxury Resort

About the role

The InterContinental Ras Al Khaimah Mina Al Arab Resort & Spa is seeking a Lobby Ambassador (Instant Service Agent) to deliver seamless, personalized service to guests from the moment they arrive. This front‑of‑house position is essential for creating memorable first impressions in a luxury beachfront setting.

Key responsibilities

• Provide prompt, courteous and efficient service to all guests, adhering to brand standards.
• Handle incoming calls, wake‑up calls and guest inquiries throughout three rotating shifts (morning, afternoon, night).
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of hotel policies, facilities, local attractions and current events.
• Collaborate with team members, supervisors, managers and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
• Protect guest privacy by safeguarding personal information.
• Take ownership of guest requests, communicate any delays, and follow up to confirm satisfaction.
• Resolve guest issues promptly and escalate when necessary.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of hotel policies, procedures and service standards.
• Comprehensive knowledge of hotel facilities, local conditions and events.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including mornings, afternoons and nights.
• Team‑oriented attitude with excellent communication skills.
• Commitment to maintaining guest confidentiality.
