Logging Services Operator

About the role

The Logging Services Operator is responsible for safely driving wireline trucks and light vehicles to execute wireline land operations on time. This role involves rigging up and down wireline equipment, performing operational checks, and ensuring compliance with HSE and client standards.

Key responsibilities

• Drive wireline trucks and light vehicles between base camp and job sites.
• Rig up/down wireline equipment and tools, and monitor X‑Over and X‑Tree selections.
• Perform hydraulic oil and fluid level checks on wireline units.
• Allocate safety equipment, signage, and verify crew HSE passports before work.
• Complete operational checklists, pressure control connections, and maintain truck inventory.
• Monitor smart‑monitor operating system and report deficiencies.
• Assist with equipment testing, certification, inspection and monthly maintenance.
• Maintain a clean and safe working area, follow road and site safety rules.
• Record wire logs, prepare daily reports, and complete ADNOC and client checklists.

Required profile

• Diploma in a technical field.
