Logistics Associate – 4PL Operations

About the role

C.H. Robinson is building a new 4PL team in Dubai and needs a Logistics Associate to support day‑to‑day transportation activities. You will handle shipment bookings, monitor exceptions, and work closely with customers and partners to ensure smooth operations.

Key responsibilities

• Book and manage transportation loads in the Transportation Management System (TMS).
• Provide timely written and verbal responses to customer requests.
• Monitor team mailboxes and resolve simple exceptions.
• Schedule delivery appointments and make necessary changes in the TMS.
• Manually create new transportation loads when required.
• Conduct system trainings for external parties.
• Follow and update standard operating procedures.
• Generate and distribute reports to internal and external stakeholders.
• Participate in projects using the CHR project‑based delivery model.

Required profile

• Prior experience in supply chain, transportation, or logistics.
• High School Diploma or GED; Bachelor’s degree is a plus.
• Willingness to work a Sunday‑to‑Thursday schedule and occasional overtime.
• Fluent in English; Arabic speaking ability (reading/writing not required).
• Flexible and able to adapt to a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience using a Transportation Management System (TMS).
