Logistics Coordinator – Container Transportation

About the role
We are seeking a Logistics Coordinator to manage the end‑to‑end movement of import containers from UAE ports to designated warehouses. The role is short‑term (initially 1 month) with the possibility of extension based on business needs.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate the transportation of import containers from ports to warehouses.
- Liaise with customs clearance agents, shipping lines, transport companies and warehouse teams.
- Monitor container movements and track status in real time.
- Follow up on shipping documentation and ensure all paperwork is complete.
- Arrange appropriate transportation modes for container delivery.
- Prepare and submit daily operational reports to support smooth logistics operations.
Required profile
- Experience in logistics or freight coordination, preferably with container shipments.
- Familiarity with customs clearance processes and documentation.
- Ability to communicate effectively with multiple stakeholders.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
