Logistics Coordinator – Dubai

About the role

We are seeking an organized and detail‑oriented Logistics Coordinator to manage daily logistics operations for our client in Dubai. The role involves coordinating shipments, handling documentation, and ensuring the smooth movement of goods across import and export channels.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate daily transportation, shipping and delivery schedules.
• Monitor shipments and guarantee timely delivery to customers.
• Prepare and maintain shipping documents, delivery notes, invoices and logistics records.
• Liaise with suppliers, freight forwarders, transport providers and internal teams.
• Manage import and export shipments and assist with customs clearance documentation.
• Track inventory movements using ERP or logistics management systems.
• Resolve shipment delays, delivery discrepancies and other logistics issues.
• Prepare logistics reports and identify opportunities for operational improvement.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in logistics, supply chain or transportation coordination, preferably in the UAE.
• Strong understanding of shipping procedures, transportation operations and logistics documentation.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple shipments and meet tight deadlines.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Excel.
• Familiarity with ERP or logistics management software.
