Logistics Coordinator – Emiratization Focus

About the role

The Logistics Coordinator will oversee container movements from the port to various UAE locations and manage both local and cross‑border shipments. The role ensures compliance with legal requirements, maintains accurate data, and delivers high‑quality customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Handle container operations efficiently from port to UAE destinations.
• Manage outbound local and cross‑border shipments.
• Ensure freight and clearance compliance with legal regulations.
• Coordinate with customs, DPW and other authorities.
• Update and maintain data in assigned systems to meet KPI targets.
• Provide timely invoicing, costing and job closure in Cargowise.
• Prepare and submit internal and customer KPI reports monthly.
• Submit regulatory and online requirements within one working day.
• Support additional tasks as required and ensure handover before leave.

Required profile

• Diploma or High School qualification.
• 2‑3 years of relevant logistics or supply‑chain experience.
• Strong organisational and time‑management abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate with governmental and private entities.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Experience with data‑management systems such as Cargowise.
