Logistics Coordinator

About the role

EDGE Group PJSC is seeking a proactive Logistics Coordinator to manage the end‑to‑end flow of materials and parts for its aerospace, defence and oil & gas operations. The role ensures timely deliveries, accurate documentation and compliance with safety and quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Allocate delivery schedules at least two weeks in advance.
• Organise and track shipments directly to customers and sub‑contractors.
• Load and unload trucks with materials and parts.
• Pack all items in accordance with quality and safety requirements.
• Control and retain shipping documentation through a formal document‑control process.
• Support the logistics team with all documentation needs.
• Move parts around the shop floor safely and efficiently.
• Create and maintain copies of EPI invoices per document‑control standards.
• Troubleshoot shipping issues and resolve customer complaints.

Required profile

• Diploma or equivalent experience in a logistics role.
• 5‑10 years of logistics experience, preferably in aerospace, defence or oil & gas.
• Strong communication and coordination skills with suppliers, customers and forwarders.
• Ability to manage multiple shipments under pressure.
• Knowledge of local and international shipping regulations.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office.
• Experience using SAP systems.
