Logistics Coordinator – Luxury Fashion

About the role

Join the LVMH Fashion Group Middle East as a Logistics Coordinator, based in the Dubai head office. You will support the regional operations of luxury brands such as Celine, Givenchy, Loewe, Kenzo and Fendi, ensuring seamless freight, customs and compliance processes across the GCC.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate multi‑modal international freight with a focus on high‑priority air freight and negotiate rates with white‑glove 3PL providers.
• Monitor daily inbound and outbound transport expeditions, maintaining visibility on loads, routes, incidents and priorities.
• Detect, record and resolve transport incidents, working with carriers, warehouses and internal teams to minimise impact.
• Manage CITES compliance for exotic materials, overseeing applications, tracking and physical inspections.
• Oversee Saudi Arabia SABER registration, certificates of conformity and shipment certificates to avoid customs delays.
• Handle regulatory clearance for beauty and fragrance products with local health authorities.
• Direct customs clearance, duty exemption applications and free‑zone regulations for regional airports and events.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of warehouse management systems and logistics workflows.
• In‑depth knowledge of CITES regulations, customs laws in the GCC and HS code classification for luxury goods.
• Analytical, detail‑oriented and able to work under pressure in a fast‑paced environment.
• Fluent English; additional languages are a plus.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
