Logistics Coordinator / Shipping Coordinator

About the role

We are looking for a detail‑oriented Logistics Coordinator / Shipping Coordinator to oversee domestic and international shipments. The role ensures timely delivery of goods while maintaining full compliance with customs and shipping regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate air, sea, and land freight for both domestic and international shipments.
• Prepare and review all shipping documentation, including commercial invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, certificates of origin, and customs paperwork.
• Liaise with freight forwarders, shipping lines, transport providers, warehouses, and customs agents.
• Track shipments, monitor delivery schedules, and resolve any logistics‑related issues.
• Ensure compliance with import/export regulations and customer requirements.
• Collaborate with suppliers, customers, and internal departments to guarantee smooth order fulfillment.
• Maintain accurate shipment records, logistics reports, and documentation.
• Monitor freight costs and support continuous logistics process improvements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in logistics, shipping, freight forwarding or supply chain operations.
• Strong understanding of shipping documentation, customs procedures and international trade.
• Experience coordinating air, sea and land freight shipments.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook.
