Logistics Coordinator – Transportation & Warehouse Management

About the role

We are seeking a Logistics Coordinator to manage the end‑to‑end flow of goods for Talal Ali Logistics in Dubai. The role ensures that shipments, inventory and transportation operations run smoothly, meeting customer expectations with minimal delay.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee transportation and warehousing activities, processing orders through the fulfilment cycle.
• Coordinate shipping of products between destinations, arranging transport and scheduling staff.
• Receive incoming goods, prepare loads for shipment and manage delivery schedules.
• Maintain optimal warehouse capacity and monitor inventory of goods and vehicles.
• Review freight costs, transportation rates and raw‑material prices to identify cost‑saving opportunities.
• Streamline shipping and transportation processes while ensuring quality control.

Required profile

• Two‑year degree required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Experience in logistics management preferred; relevant experience may substitute for education.
• Strong organisational, decision‑making and problem‑solving abilities.
