About the role
We are seeking a Logistics Executive to lead daily delivery operations for a leading FMCG distributor in Sharjah. The role focuses on planning efficient routes, managing the company fleet, and coordinating drivers to ensure timely product distribution across the UAE.
Key responsibilities
- Plan and optimise daily delivery routes and distribution schedules.
- Allocate vehicles, monitor fuel consumption, manage Salik/DARB recharges and oversee vehicle maintenance.
- Supervise drivers and helpers, ensuring smooth day‑to‑day operations.
- Track fleet and delivery expenses, resolve operational issues and maintain accurate logistics records.
Required profile
- Minimum 3 years of logistics or distribution experience, preferably in FMCG.
- Hands‑on experience with route planning and fleet management.
- Strong knowledge of UAE geography, routes and distances.
- Fluent in Hindi and English.
