Logistics Executive – Vehicle Import & Export Coordination

About the role

Milele, a fast‑moving automotive group, is seeking a Logistics Executive to own end‑to‑end coordination of vehicle shipments, documentation and delivery. The role sits at the heart of our import, export and local delivery operations, ensuring smooth flow without the need for constant follow‑up.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate vehicle import, export and local delivery logistics from origin to destination.
• Track shipment schedules, anticipate and resolve delays across ports, yards and delivery sites.
• Liaise with freight forwarders, shipping lines, clearing agents and transporters to keep operations moving.
• Prepare and manage logistics documentation such as Bills of Lading, Certificates of Conformity, invoices, customs papers and delivery records.
• Ensure compliance with UAE import/export regulations and destination‑country requirements.
• Maintain accurate digital and physical shipment records.
• Collaborate with Sales, Procurement, Finance and Operations to align logistics with business priorities.
• Update ERP/CRM systems with shipment status, costs and activity.
• Coordinate with logistics service providers for quotations, planning and performance monitoring.
• Prepare shipment trackers, delivery updates and operational summaries for management.
• Identify bottlenecks and propose process improvements to reduce turnaround times.

Required profile

• 2–5 years of experience in logistics, freight coordination, supply chain or operations.
• Solid knowledge of import/export documentation and customs procedures.
• Hands‑on experience with ERP systems and shipment tracking tools.
• Strong follow‑through, attention to detail and a proactive mindset.
