Logistics & Inventory Administrator

About the role

The role is centred on managing last‑mile delivery operations and supporting core inventory functions for Indigo Living. You will coordinate daily with a third‑party warehouse, issue delivery orders, schedule the company fleet, and ensure timely dispatch of goods across retail, corporate and rental divisions. In parallel, you will maintain accurate stock records in the ERP system, upload product information, and assist with regular reporting to guarantee inventory accuracy.

Key responsibilities

• Enter inbound shipments into the ERP system and consolidate delivery requests from all business units.
• Schedule Indigo fleet trucks based on delivery dates, locations and manpower needs.
• Prepare and send Delivery Orders to the warehouse and fleet team, and manage gate‑pass documentation.
• Post purchase orders, sales orders and delivery notes daily in the ERP system.
• Upload item codes, price changes, discounts, product details and images to the website.
• Monitor minimum stock levels for locally produced items and alert the Controller for replenishment.
• Prepare weekly sales reports, monthly inventory reports and ad‑hoc reports for management.
• Support quarterly cycle counts, annual stock‑take and provide documentation for internal and external audits.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of administration experience supporting logistics and inventory teams.
• Solid experience in last‑mile logistics, delivery scheduling and coordination with warehouse and fleet teams.
• Highly organized, detail‑oriented and able to maintain high standards of accuracy.
• Strong coordination, communication and documentation capabilities across operational workflows.
• Proven ability to manage multiple shipments, priorities and delivery schedules in fast‑paced environments.
• Hands‑on experience with international freight processes and liaison with freight forwarders.
