Logistics Lead – Project Management Consultancy

About the role

The Logistics Lead will plan, coordinate and oversee all logistics activities for ADNOC Offshore projects under the Project Management Consultancy. The role ensures safe, timely and cost‑effective movement of personnel, materials, equipment and marine assets while complying with ADNOC standards, project schedules and HSE requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement the Project Logistics Execution Plan (PLEP) covering all project phases.
• Coordinate logistics strategies for greenfield and brownfield offshore developments with engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, operations and HSE teams.
• Manage marine transportation, including barges, PSV, AHTS, crew boats, heavy‑lift and cargo vessels, and support offshore SIMOPS planning.
• Oversee movement of materials and equipment from vendors to fabrication yards, ports and offshore facilities, handling customs clearance and freight forwarding.
• Monitor storage, preservation, warehousing, lay‑down areas and inventory control to meet project priorities.
• Review and approve EPC contractors' logistics plans, monitor performance and ensure compliance with ADNOC specifications.
• Collaborate with ADNOC Logistics, Marine Operations, ports, customs authorities and service providers to resolve constraints.

Required profile

• Proven experience in planning and coordinating logistics for offshore or large‑scale energy projects.
• Strong understanding of marine and offshore logistics operations.
• Familiarity with customs clearance, freight forwarding and import/export documentation.
• Ability to work closely with engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning and HSE teams.
