Logistics Manager (Abu Dhabi)

About the role

We are looking for a results‑driven Logistics Manager to lead transportation, warehousing and order fulfilment for a fast‑growing technology company in Abu Dhabi. The role ensures goods are received, stored and delivered safely, accurately and on schedule while controlling logistics costs.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and manage inbound and outbound logistics operations.
• Coordinate transportation, shipping, customs clearance, warehousing and delivery activities.
• Oversee timely receipt, storage, picking, packing and dispatch of goods.
• Manage relationships with freight forwarders, couriers, transporters and clearing agents.
• Monitor inventory movement and maintain accurate system records.
• Develop efficient delivery routes and transportation schedules.
• Track shipments, resolve delays and documentation issues proactively.
• Ensure compliance with customs, trade, health‑safety and transportation regulations.
• Control logistics costs and identify efficiency improvements.
• Establish and track KPIs for delivery accuracy, cost and service.
• Lead and supervise warehouse and logistics personnel.
• Collaborate with procurement, sales, finance and customer‑service teams.
• Investigate damaged, missing or incorrectly delivered goods and implement corrective actions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or related field.
• 5–7 years of logistics and warehouse experience, including supervisory or managerial responsibilities.
• Strong knowledge of freight, customs clearance, inventory control and distribution.
• Experience in the technology or manufacturing industry is preferred.
• UAE driving licence and familiarity with local routes are advantageous.

Required skills

• Proficiency with ERP systems.
• Experience using Odoo for logistics, inventory movement, warehouse records and shipment tracking.
